Donal Blaney is the Founder, Principal, and Director of Griffin Law. Blaney’s law firm specializes in brand management and has offices in both the United Kingdom and Alexandria, Virginia in the United States. He also serves as the Chief Executive of The Margaret Thatcher Centre. In 2009, Donal, Conor Burns MP, and businessman Ben Elliot began developing the idea of The Margaret Thatcher Centre, where future generations could learn about Lady Thatcher’s life, values, and achievements. The three worked with her close advisers for four years, and also received her support before launching the Centre officially in 2013. Donal supports ISE projects as he strongly believes that business can and should play a stronger role in international development and empowering people to get out of poverty through entrepreneurship, not government handouts, is the right strategy to employ.

Stefano Donati has been involved with ISE as a principal donor and  adviser from the organization’s establishment in 2014.  Prior to  engaging in international development work, he worked for many years  in the financial services sector, with Deloitte, Rothschild and other  key financial companies. From 2005 to 2015, he held senior management roles in Serbia, Bosnia Herzegovina and Ukraine with the Organization  for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). Since 2013, he has  directed and lectures in the Master in International Development  Co-operation at Link Campus University in Rome. Stefano is also a  member of the Council of the International Institute of Humanitarian  Law and holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business and a  Master’s Degree in International Relations from Columbia University

Sasha Bezuhanova is Founder of ISE. She has more than 20-years of executive business career in HP where she has been General Manager Bulgaria, Director Public Sector Central Eastern Europe and Director Public Sector and Education for HP Growth markets worldwide. She has played a major role for an important investment of HP in Bulgaria that employs today more than 5000 people and placed Bulgaria on the world IT investment map. In 2013, Sasha left her career and founded MoveBG – a civic platform for affirming the democratic values and defining long-term strategies and innovative policies for development of modern Bulgaria. She is Chairperson of European Center of Women in Technologies, Bulgarian Center of Women in Technologies, Bulgarian School of Politics, Technical University in Sofia and longstanding Chair of Junior Achievements Bulgaria. Sasha also established the yearly Entrepregirl Award and is a member of the boards of Bulgarian Charity Aid Foundation and The Duke of Edinburgh's international award. She was named Digital Woman of Europe for 2013 and holds many other national and European awards for her contribution towards social development. Sasha is an Honorary Consul of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to Bulgaria.

Renne Traicova is Founder and Executive Director of ISE. She is also the co-founder of the Indiana University’s McLoskey Fund and has more than 12 years of experience in designing and managing international development, democratization and election programs in Washington, D.C. and Eastern Europe. Renne teaches at Link Campus University in Rome, Italy, and has served in senior management roles with the National Democratic Institute (NDI) and with the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). She has been a passionate believer in women’s political and economic empowerment and has worked with women of all walks of life to help them achieve their full potential.

Dr. Ralitza Nikolaeva is Founder of ISE and a professor of marketing at ISCTE - Instituto Universitario de Lisboa. Previously she was a professor at University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and earned her PhD at Krannert School of Management, Purdue University, USA. Her research has been published in prestigious international scholarly journals and she is Editor of Global Economics and Management Review and a member of the Editorial Board of Management Decision. Dr. Nikolaeva has won two case writing awards by the Direct Marketing Educational Foundation (Marketing EDGE, New York) and has presented her research at numerous international conferences.
